The Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal (NWSM) provides a safe space for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis women and their children to rebuild their lives. As the only women’s shelter in Montreal dedicated exclusively to Indigenous women and children, NWSM offers essential services such as emergency housing, advocacy, and cultural support to promote empowerment and independence. Our donation will help NWSM continue their mission of providing a nurturing environment where women can find healing and strength.
The Parker Street Food & Furniture Bank in Halifax, Nova Scotia
The Parker Street Food & Furniture Bank is a vital resource for families in need across the Halifax Regional Municipality. It provides free access to food, clothing, and furniture for individuals and families facing financial challenges. Many of the clients served are low- or fixed-income households, with a large number of children among them. The food bank’s mission is to help these families by providing essential items that support their daily needs and well-being. Our contribution will support their ongoing efforts to bring comfort and relief to those who need it most, especially during the holiday season.

Their mission is to provide a safe space for those in need while offering support through counseling, advocacy, and resources. Committed to ending violence against women and children, Halton Women’s Place empowers survivors to rebuild their lives and move forward with strength and confidence. Our contribution will help further their efforts to support these courageous women and children, especially during the holidays.
Mainsprings Pregnancy & Family Support in Calgary, Alberta
Mainsprings provides support to individuals facing the challenges of pregnancy, particularly in difficult circumstances. Services include pregnancy and parenting information, programs and classes such as pre-natal or infant classes, and practical supports such as providing clothing or other necessities for parents and babies. Our contribution will help Mainsprings continue to offer these supports to families and positively impact the community.
